Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between frame N fit ("we", "us") and the shop or company that signs up ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

The service

frame N fit lets you add rugs from photos with their sizes and prices, and gives you a link, a QR code, a store page and a button for your website. Your customers open these to see a rug on their own floor at its real size, in the phone's browser. Placement is an estimate made by the phone's camera and sensors: it shows the size and look of a rug on the floor and can differ by a few centimetres from the real thing.

Your account

  • Give us correct details and keep your login private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • You may invite team members; you are responsible for their use of the account.

Free trial

New shops get 14 days free with every feature open. No payment details are needed for the trial. At the end of the trial your rugs stay saved; to keep them visible to shoppers you choose a paid plan.

Plans and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the price shown when you choose the plan.
  • You can pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer. A plan paid by bank transfer starts when the money arrives.
  • Card and PayPal plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by email; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
  • If a payment fails we will remind you; if it is still unpaid after 14 days we may pause your rugs until it is paid.
  • Prices may change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your rugs and content

You keep ownership of the photos, names and descriptions you add. You give us permission to store and display them to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that the sizes and prices you enter are correct. Sales happen on your own site or with you directly; we are not a party to them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, for products that are not rugs or floor coverings without our agreement, to mislead shoppers, or to interfere with the service or other shops. We may remove content or pause an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Availability

We work to keep the service running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; if we remove a main feature you pay for, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of a yearly plan.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. After closing, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will try to settle any disagreement by talking first.
