frame N fit ("we", "us") lets rug shops show their rugs on a customer's own floor, at real size, in the phone's browser. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website, the shop dashboard and the try-on pages that open from a shop's link, QR code or button.
Who this applies to
- Shops: the businesses that sign up and add their rugs.
- Shoppers: people who open a try-on page to see a rug on their floor.
- Visitors: anyone who reads this website or writes to us.
What we collect
From shops: name, shop or company name, work email, phone number, website or Instagram, country, the rug photos, names, sizes, prices and product links you add, and billing details. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not see or store full card numbers.
From shoppers: we do not ask shoppers for their name, email or account. To count how a shop's rugs are used, a try-on page records events such as "try-on opened", "size changed" and "Buy tapped", with the rug, the time, the device type and the approximate country. The camera view is used on the phone to find the floor and place the rug. We do not record, upload or store the camera picture.
From visitors: what you send us through the forms or by email, and basic technical data that every website receives, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited.
How we use it
- To run the service: show a shop's rugs, send invitation links, keep the dashboard working.
- To show each shop how its rugs are tried and how many shoppers go on to its own site.
- To bill shops and keep the records the law requires.
- To answer messages and send notices about the service, such as a trial ending or a payment due.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use shoppers' information for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the service, and only what they need: website hosting, email delivery, and payment providers (card processor, PayPal, banks). A shop sees the try-on figures for its own rugs. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Third-party resources
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from cdnjs. These services receive your IP address when the page loads. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
Shop account data is kept while the account is open and deleted within 90 days after it is closed, except billing records, which we keep as long as tax law requires. Try-on figures are kept in a form that does not identify shoppers.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Write to omarahmawy01@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to it is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected shops promptly if their data is exposed.
Children
The service is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top and, for important changes, email the shops that use the service.
