Refund policy

frame N fit is a subscription for rug shops. Every shop starts with 14 free days with all features open, so you can see it working with your own rugs and customers before you pay anything.

Free trial

The trial costs nothing and needs no payment details. Nothing is charged when it ends unless you choose a plan.

Your first payment

If the service is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment on any plan and we refund it in full.

Monthly plans

After the first 14 days, monthly payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Nothing more is charged.

Yearly plans

After the first 14 days, if you cancel a yearly plan we refund the unused full months, minus any discount the yearly price gave you over monthly billing.

When we refund in full

• You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
• You were charged after you cancelled.
• The service was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row through our fault.

How refunds are paid

• Card: back to the same card, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
• PayPal: back to the same PayPal account, usually within 5 working days.
• Bank transfer: by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within 10 working days. Bank fees charged by your bank are not covered.
